Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team at contact@wearfitslim.co. Our team will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.

Items returned without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific product.

We also do not accept returns for gift cards or clearance/sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return request is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our support team, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days from the date the refund is confirmed by our support team.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
